Glimpse Of The Mystery
I HAVE drunk deep at
the wanton fount of life:
Satiate with the ruby-re of its Wine
I turn, a soul consumed by earthly strife,
Back Where the way begins to life divine.
From my hearts orbit
shadows fall away
And a bright solitude is made its base;
On the height of thought is seen a diamond ray
That links through unseen spheres this wilderness
With a crowned sun
whose brilliant majesty
Moves this creation on a golden wheel;
Beyond the ickering star a rhythmic sea
Flows murmuring towards an inviolable
Silence outspread, a
radiant limitless shore,
From whose borders multitudinous pathways lead
Through innumerable arches to a core
Of Mystery, creations nucleus-seed.
